Designs
- The cake designs are subjected to slight variations and availability of decorative accessories.
- There may be a slight difference in colors and presentation of the products in the pictures and in reality
- We allow customisation of cakes however subject to further discussion.
Orders
- Orders can be placed 1-2 months before the special occasion date so that we can check our schedule to ensure that the cakes can be delivered on the date required.
- We will send you Confirmation of Order to confirm your order.
- Orders can be mailed to us at cakesdelicia@gmail.com
Payment & Price
- Payment of at least 50% have to be made upon our confirmation of your order.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer.
- We reserve the rights to change price of the cakes without prior notice
Delivery
- Special delivery will be made ONLY for Wedding Cakes order.
- For other orders, collection can be made at Bedok.
- Cakes must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no issues are brought up at point of collection/delivery.
Cancellation
- Cancellation of order must be made at least 1-2 working weeks before delivery/collection date
